About Shiva Restaurant And Bar

The dim lighting and warm hues at Shiva Restaurant And Bar create an inviting ambiance that seems to wrap around diners as soon as they enter. Conversations hum at a comfortable pace, while the aromas from the kitchen tease anticipation without overwhelming. A glance at Shiva Restaurant And Bar photos online reveals modest yet tasteful décor that complements the culinary experience rather than distracting from it. While the atmosphere strikes a pleasant balance, a few of the wooden chairs could benefit from more cushion, especially during longer meals.

Unexpectedly, the paneer tikka and lamb rogan josh stand out as signature dishes demonstrating a thoughtful combination of spices and textures, resonating with classic Indian flavors without overextension. Browsing Shiva Restaurant And Bar menu reveals a range of traditional offerings along with some intriguing regional specials. However, some dishes lean heavily on cream, which might overshadow more subtle spice layers. Service maintains a steady professionalism, attentive without hovering, though peak hours introduce minor delays that suggest the kitchen multitasks diligently to keep pace.

For those researching Shiva Restaurant And Bar reviews, the consensus often highlights a dependable dining experience best suited for casual outings rather than weekend splurges. The interplay between price and portion size generally aligns well with expectations for the area, though value perceptions vary depending on the selection. While the restaurant does not depart dramatically from familiar Indian cuisine templates, there is enough sincerity in both execution and service to cultivate regular patronage. This balance is evident when observing a steady flow of both longtime guests and curious newcomers.

Absolutely underrated Indian restaurant in Brandýs. We often order takeaway, you can find all the most delicious options on the menu, including Samosas, Rogan Josh and amazing Korma. No need to go to Prague, this place deserves recognition.

This is a really good restaurant. The ambience is really awesome. The highlight for me were the cylindrical lights above the tables. The food tasted exquisit. Definitely better than at any Indian restaurant I have visited in my country (Germany). The servers were very polite, and the prices are more than fair. An additional touch that really got me sold on this place was that the staff provided a nice and cozy bed for our doggy to lie in during our dinner. We all (especially the doggo!) appreciated this gesture a lot. This is a restaurant I will definitely come back to when I am back in Czechia again!

Great Indian restaurant. We will come back for sure again. 3 stars for atmosphere only because of outside terrace which has no "indian" vibes in my opinion, but serve the purpose. There is also great playground for the kids. Though, the interior of the restaurant is spot on!

Ordered butter chicken and chicken vindaloo. Butter chicken was really good with both plain rice and garlic naan. Vindaloo went well with garlic naan, but not the rice. Staffs spoke English and the view was pretty good! I have been in Prague for four days but best restaurant so far. Definitely coming back with other people.

We were searching for a place to eat when passing through Boleslav and Brandys and it seems that this restaurant is the only to go considering quality and service. The meal was delicious, service on the level of top class restaurants and despite the location close to busy road the atmosphere inside is relaxing with a very nice view on the river of Labe.

Nice hidden spot for all fans of Indian food. For me it was all the time seen during driving by, but finally I tried it. Parking might be tricky at times, so try to look around area and be ready to walk. When I arrived there were plenty of tables available, but it might be a good idea to book in advance. Menu is available in English. You can pay by card. Overall cleanness and order look great, better than some highend Prague restaurants. Staff is ready to help, but somehow it wasn’t too warm of welcome. This is finally the spot where spicy at least means something. Another thing to try - their lemonades. I will definitely come back to try extra spicy options on the menu. Recommended for sure.

Very nice restaurant, the ambience is great especially during night. Food was delicious we had a lamb biryani and chicken vindalo - both tasted great. Butter naan was sprinkled with sesame seeds and taste so good that can be eaten just without anything . Glad to find this place and will be comming back whenever I'll have taste for Indian food.

I visit regularly with my daughter and the food is always delicious. This time I brought also my mom and her partner and both really enjoyed it. We had korma, butter chicken, kadak and tikka and it was very tasty, rich and the naan is the thing we love the most...garlic naan. Service is delightful, always smiling, environment is nice and clean. The restaurant is a bit on the colder side, so come prepared. Also you have to wait a bit for the food but it's worth it, made fresh.
